No.
So far he has basically been power leveled with high level buffs from either his guild members or just friendly players passing by. Very easy to grab a SoW passing through West or East commons. Either blow past the mobs in Highpass to EK or just cut through Rivervale, Runnyeye, and Beholders Maze and blow by the mobs there too to EK.
The only thing that may slow him down for just a bit is getting a bind in either Erudin or Paineel. Not a lot of traffic passes through there around the clock.
