you have a better chance at doing content on RED99, like spoil said ble/gren is all empty, the nerds on green blue just want to use you to gear their alts, if you even get a chance at doing content with them.
Atleast on red the pop is a true reflection of whos playing, 95% of players on pve servers are afk or trading items in the n00b tunel of frepot
