Did the turn in today (yes, correctly 1st the sealed note alone,got the opened one in return), then the 4 items needed. Knights of Truth and Priests of Marr Ally ! He ate all items. Check that all your items are exactly what you were supposed to turn in. I had the same experience a couple months ago, finally realized I had given Hayle the "token of truth", which was supposed to be handed to another mob to get the "testimony". I went back to Hayle a couple hours later, turned in just the testimony and got the Soulfire
