Sprinkler of Suffering click, swap mainhand to Smoldering Cudgel for a swing, then swap and click Sprinkler of Suffering again. Costs a bout a half second to swap swing swap.
When I had Easily set up for this with a reasonable dex build he was a 28-30dps cleric consistently. I've done it in like 2012 with Motec and had nowhere near the dex and it was far less enjoyable.
