Gnoll fangs is a good quest in freeport another is bandit sashes which you can do in WK when you get a little higher. Bandit sashes is great for money and makes your faction amazing in Qeynos.
the ultimate quest is the great lightstone quest in NK. Head to eruds crossing and farm the 9 willow wisps. i
