Sure, that's likely a big component to it. Yet, threads like these certainly aren't convincing old timers or new comers alike to wanna join in the festivities.
I cringe far more often here than usual these days. It's sad, because this place used to be a highlight of internet scrolling. Now it feels like a baren wasteland of fringe far left marxist ideology, or psychotic far right ideology. Where did all the normie bros/broettes go?
