I would say, if you can do 2 quests, do Mystic Cloak & Rod of Glamor.
The
rod of glamor from sol ro (of all the sol ro quests) that's the most valuable to low level chanter IMO!
Froglock Priest is the toughest kill for that one, and it's no walk in the park your first time solo... but at your level it is possible to solo that kill, just will be a challenge.
Incandecent Gloves are good until you can get your own impskin gloves (you two can camp those together in your low 30s!)
If your friend isn't twinked, get them some

The
Harvester is such a cool item, that you will outlevel in your late 20s, so if you can grab it for your friend, they will look so cool! Should be ez for you to put that together alone in one night of adventure!
