The unholy aura disc changes SK harm touch to a disease save, supposedly making it nearly unresistable, yet even with the discipline it never lands. This is the same with Gangrenous Touch of Zum'uul. Harm Touch resists 10x more than it lands on anything that isn't lower level than you.
