Sounds like it's time for vbulletin to hire some lawyers because they are both 1. having their service interrupted and 2. Being ransacked for something valuable. An enormous treasure trove of natural and unnatural language.
I know an elf lawyer or two that would take the job, pro bono-- something tells me vbulletin is not a financial heavyweight.
