The refresh timer for NPC Bash/Kick is a shared timer of 8 seconds and is never supposed to change regardless of any attack speed debuffs or buffs applied to the NPC.
Backstab timer is 10 seconds and not supposed to change either.
Also, Enrage and Flurry are supposed to refresh the Bash timer. I know Flurry already does on p99, not sure about Enrage.
