For example, when my mom had estrogen-responsive breast cancer she had to get on crazy amounts of estrogen blocker which essentially drained all the estrogen out of her body for like 5ish years

The result was she developed, I believe it was osteopenia. But brittle bones due to low or no estrogen was always a concern. Which is why her doctor and myself encouraged her to do some form of light resistance training which is great for bones. And she didn’t. But ignoring doctor advice is something I can’t really get on other people about when I am better than them at it…
