Default Note for Rebby on Green
Upon turn-in to Rebby. Rewards Rebby's Rat Whiskers, exp, BUT no faction rewards, as of July 17 2025 on Green.

Zingsb Ard - 23 bard.

two pngs.
1st is turn-in of correct "Note for Rebby" note.
2nd is reward of whiskers and only exp no faction.
