Ayillish is fairly easy for shaman to solo, as long as you have a good chunk of HP and mana to start with. I have 3k HP/ 3.5k mana with FoS / stam.
Been 50/50 on Ayillish solos. It all comes down to the reslows landing. Yes, it takes 25 minutes, but its fairly straightforward to pull her near the edge of the scar to avoid adds - just have to avoid a pathing Esorpa.
