I also find these flasks often when I kill the guards, and Guard Blayle drops the 'coin' labelled "Stald's Badge" which I have no idea what it's for yet but I figure it has something to do with the guard named Stald just on the other side of the zone.

hehe easy way to get stalds badge is just wait for high levels inside keep to kill the gaurds,apparently more gaurds than just stald drop the badge hehe

I got the badge to drop off Blayle twice in just a few times fighting him. He's one of the lower level guards (usually) in HHK, so if you're looking to do this quest early and don't want to wait for someone else to kill a high level guard, try Blayle.

I can agree with Gilliamll, found it twice off of Guard Blayle in 3 kills. Blayle is level 25-30ish (about 5-10 levels lower than most guards) and is located just inside HHK. However, other guards may aggro if you hit him, so look out. As for other guards, I have been killing guards for a while in HHK and havent had this drop off of them, only Blayle.
