Just curious, but why does those quests have a level restriction but epics do not? I mean, Ive seen lvl 1 toons with epics, why are those not level restricted also?

hate to be the bearer of bad news but a level 1 toon with an epic is impossibru, im pretty sure the exp gained of any epic quest skyrockets that toon from 1 to around level 10 !!!
