Also, in classic the turn in for the fish quest yielded 6 to 12ish gold. Quest currently giving no gold.

Also, there is no social agro on the bugged fish. It won't agro even though I con threateningly, and I can taunt successfully and it swims away. It swims right by me when I'm engaged with the center fish that's not bugged. This is a significant quest for Red 99 for obvious reasons.
