fiery avenger/defender allow you to 2h bash. So I can't say from low level, obviously - I started at 50. But I believe this just, basically, grants the ability to slam. If anyone with better evidence wants to chime in it'd be great, but just giving what I can. And, of course, the usual 'I like to hear myself talk.'
