I'm p sure a wolf form in Halas makes you kos, or it should...
[You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.] Depending how much killing you've done, you might be non-kos to the qeynos warrior guild, where you can turn in fangs for mostly + faction (except two evil factions, corrupt qeynos guards and something else).
That's what I did with my iksar monk.
