So I haven't actually tried this, but I've heard that using psalm of purity/vitality removes all poison and disease counters respectively, when they never removed more than 1 counter:

I was told a while ago that Psalm of Purity can completely remove the poison from Trak's AE (which it absolutely shouldn't), and I was told recently that Psalm of Vitality can remove all the disease counters from Bazzt Zzzt's ae, so I assumed the former bug hadn't been fixed.
