Community run calendars can only work when essentially ALL raid capable guilds agree to abide by them. When one doesn't, you have to address the issue of what happens when your raid gets jacked by one of the guilds that don't follow the calendar?

Or it would work if 5 of the 6 guilds agree to it and are backed by GM enforcement (if necessary).
