No, the latest patch is messed up and a lot of us are having that problem. The dsetup.dll doesn't work for some people, not even the new one Rogean posted that seemed to fix it for most. Since it might do the trick for you, try download
this and replace the existing dsetup.dll with it (in the Everquest directory). If that doesn't do it, you're just one of the unfortunate ones. Join the club. Hopefully it'll be fixed soon.
