Default Troll/Ogre Area of Neriak
The Troll/Ogre area in the first neriak zone is supposed to have a banker and GM/Spell Merchants for Troll/Ogre classes. The GM/Spell merchants are missing for at least Shamans.

Not sure if this is the same for both servers since I've only just started on the PvP.
