Complaining that people are complaining is like complaining against the freedom of speech (and no, I'm not really complaining that people are complaining about people complaining... or... yeah

It seems some people are under the impression that all complaining is bad and equivalent to 'whining' or 'bitching' - which might be somewhat true to the definition of the word. My impression of the debate on this however, is not that people are complaining, but more expressing their disagreement - and that their opposition instantly labels it 'complaining' or other derogatory variations.
I believe that expressing ones disagreement is fundamental to progress and ones democratic duty.
