I know of a High Elf follower of Tunare and a Halfling follower of Karana that is KoS to the Corrupt Qeynos Guards. These two characters are new and just started out over there( they were made and i helped get them over there). Needless to say their lvling experience hasn't been as pleasant as I told them it would be. I dont recall ever starting out KoS to the Corrupt guard.
I've seen this post and and was wondering if these were bugged too or is it working as intended?
