Yes the DE Mask would help alot but then you are KoS.I can't think of a item that does what you need as a Bard other than the Mask sorry.

It's not that I see Human vision as a "problem"... but I want to see further at night as a red 99 player - I don't want to be the guy who sees the other guy second is all. Just don't care for the Wood Elf/Half Elf thing.
