Cat Skull Cap is possibly supposed to drop from gelatinous cubes in Qeynos Catacombs according to Allakhazam but I can't find anything supporting it. I haven't done Runnyeye enough to know if it drops there, but it's a classic item. |
It does drop in Runneye, off a cube i believe. Did the fists last winter.
