I followed everything you said up until the point where you began trying to justify that the hits should be larger on P99. The 7 kills estimate is also from 2002. That's just two different people reporting two uncertain values within mere days from each other, one of whom even specifies the uncertainty. That doesn't indicate a change. You didn't post anything that supports that. In fact, most of the posts before 2002 were speculation over whether or not he could be killed, and if possible, whether RoS was one of his positive hits, to which no one answered until the release of Luclin.
This leads me to the conclusion that not only is there no reason to believe the hits should be larger, but also if you're able to farm him so easily during the Kunark era, that both he and his guards likely need beefed up.
