Charming itself works fine, but Targeting a charmed npc is not right. A charmed npc becomes a pet type target at that point. As such, the owner of a charmed npc should be able to press F1, or whatever your self targeting button is, to toggle between themselves and their pet. You can currently press it all day and it simply targets yourself and nothing else.

Targeting a group member's charmed pet via their designated group target function key, typically F2-F6... works just fine...

Also, "F8 targeting" or functions like "Target Next NPC" still target the charmed pet... which shouldn't happen.

Sounds like the "I'm a Pet" flag isn't getting set when being charmed, it's still seeing it as a mob/npc.
