The only bit I don't understand about /ano and /role are people putting the LFG tag one while being /ano or /role: how do you expect to have invites if people don't know your class and, most importantly, your level?

My guess would be that they are raiding and their raid knows their class and level or they only want to be grouped with people that know them.
