For no reason should you ever start cloth 5 pots in the jungle anymore, it's pointless. I can do a full route on any jungler just fine with boots+3 pots/vamp scepter/long sword+1pot. Not only are your ganks stronger with boots+3 pots, your jungle route from 1~4ish is faster as well. Warwick is one champion that has never had to start cloth 5 pots, it's too much gold wasted on pots he doesn't need and his jungle is so slow it gimps him by not letting him get the faster wriggles.
Also, Frozen Heart for a 3rd item is terrible, and situational at best. After rushing Wriggles/Boots1 you should either get Heart of Gold or rush a Malady or Wit's End, I prefer the Wit's End for the extra MR. Rather than Frozen Heart try Randuins Omen, it gives you a reason to buy Heart of Gold that gets your GP10 rolling and it gives stats that are more useful to Warwick (HP and Armor instead of Mana and Armor.)
