Hello,

Does anyone have any statistics regarding resists rates Vs levels.

ie: Casting on someone levels below you, even level to you, or higher levels than you?

Also, is this resist the same for PVE as is for PVP?

(I always tell myself, wow, one more level and this NPC won't resist me nearly as much......am I completely wrong?)
