well.
I did notice that, I handed in fangs and got maxed out in Qeynos guard faction.
However Lieutenant Dagarok(corrupt) was KoS.
This on live, didn't happen to me, even though I had trained from lvl 5-24 in BB as a newbert.
and it also took forever to max out faction.
