What you want to do is take power from small groups and allow large guilds to come and shit all over them for something they've been doing for a year. Doing this you, quote a rule that is from 2010. That is rule lawyering.
I don't care if phinny gets put back as a raid target (even tho he isn't), I'm in a large raiding guild that can shit over the little guys too. Do I want it to be like that? no.
