Default No Halfling Illusion in Erudin
From what I remember, and from this website :

The Halfling Illusion should be in Erudin on the same vendor that has the monster illusions:

Raine Beteria LOC : -1046.89 , -213.37 Erudin

I have yet to find the Halfling Illusion but I assume its somewhere!

Let me know if I'm missing something.
