Hello. I'm a level 9 dark elf rogue pimping full banded, thanks to the generosity of Noskills, though the legs and chest are Medium in size. Sounds awesome, right? It is, save for the fact that I'm encumbered when I'm carrying nothing but my armor, giant snake fang, small targ shield, two cutthroat insignia rings, purity belt, three backpacks, and one stack of food or drink.

That said, I need some strength jewelry badly. I'm currently carrying 24 plat and am more than willing to turn in my rings for it. Haha, I'm in a bad spot here. Someone help me out?
