The biggest issue with this server is the channeling. Because of this, those 6-7 second spells that do 80% of a players health, are near impossible to interrupt with knockbacks. I have watched people train and then gate away with 4 dark blue mobs hitting them, constantly.
In classic, when you saw a wizard casting Icecomet, you just had to run to them and hit them a few times to interrupt. On this server, your only chance is to zone, especially with 200+ CR barely denting the damage done from Icecomet.
