I'm no expert at all on this spawn, but I was running into the zone, omw to EF, and I took a quick glance at the ruins.
I saw her, standing there, at 2PM, and yes, i was suprised too [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

she doesnt despawn once spawned
BUT she only spawns at night time.
So someone killed a ph of hers and wasnt actually after her so she spawned and stayed up untill u saw her.
