worked perfectly for me for bothe wolf hide and bear hide armor. tried all 6 pieces, and only missed one turnin cause gave baobob incorrect amount of gold, so I'm pretty sure you have turned in either wrong pelt or wrong amount of gold.
P99 is special compared to live in that it dosn't allow Multiquesting, so you have to be 110% sure you give the right items or the questgiver will EAT it in most cases. It could be coded a little more elegant, but it works as long as players are awake when they turn in stuff
