I turned in an ass load of scalps today. I ended up hitting caps with HighpassGuards, MerchantsofHighpass and CarsonMcCabe, they all said it could not be raised any further.
Guards conned 'kindly' to me, the banker and other merchants in highpass and highkeep were dubious to me. Is that the cap an Ogre SK can get? Should I never be able to sell here even with maxed out faction?
