Do doubleclasses get 16 spell slots?

I think Druid + Monk would be awesome just because of the melee power of a monk mixed with amazing utility buffs (if doubleclass is totally just meshed instead of some hybrid then you get monks with staffs and shurikens) it would probably make an amazing solo class even better
