Exp was boosted 2% for every level you are from 51. So 100% at level 1, 50% at level 26.
Resists are still shit. Expect root to land 50% of the time with 100 MR. 150 FR and you might resist 20% of a bolt.
Fear is open, but not Sol Ro.
They said they lowered PvP resist rates from 80% to 67%, but it isn't working yet.
Manastones don't work in planes.
