you need to kill about 500 of these bandits to become Dubious to Miner's Guild 628 (Rogues of Kaladim). By the Peg Leg camp there are two Guards that are lower level than all the other guards in ButcherBlock, but are also KOS to you. They are on the Miner's Guild 628 faction and you can check your progress with them. This will take a while, but gaining faction this way also increase's your Storm Guard Faction further and lowers only the ButcherBlock Bandit faction.
