could be your ac adapter, so if you have a spare check for it. If not then you can go into bios and see if it's charging normally. Could also be an internal error but all you need to figure that out is to get a volt meter and touch it to the terminals where the battery is (of course you need the battery out for this) Then it should read the same voltage as your a/c adapter
