I can as well.
Also, I believe it (the account) was de-leveled by the original owner or one of his "friends" and he quit not long after. Either that, or the original owner sold the account and then that person got the account flagged.
Either way, it was de-leveled (pretty obvious) and now is being resold. The seller is highly trustworthy. One of the few I'd trust (actually probably the only one now)
