Sometimes you may want a mix of resists and some mana and not just 20 of one type or another. I like the Tiara when I am soloing in sebilis.
I think I will take electrum over golden vs. Trak.
Debating their usefulness is another thing though. A full set of JC'd resist gear includes them.
