The server is populated enough for this to be affective. I don't believe this will introduce to many high end items into the game. Plus Sky is about to come out and there is going to be tons of competition for keys, thus its going to take FOREVER for people to progress in Sky.
Maybe do it every other patch or something, what we are doing now obviously isnt working and causing people to spend time in wrong area's.
Leave the week spawn variances in and do repop every other patch or something.... Variance isnt classic but patch day respawns are. Go figure.
