From an outside observer I do not doubt that there are great people in TMO. The problem is that the trolls of TMO give the guild the bad name (i.e. Silentstone) and are kept in the guild so it seems as TMO allows this kind of attitude to flourish and then wonder why they have such a bad rep.
Just sayin...personally I have no issues but I am trying to show you TMO's a possible reason for all this hate.
