I had a Brazen Brass Kilij given back to me one time in Highkeep back in the day.
Accidentally gave it to a necro pet while trying to switch weapons (derp), a junior guide came along and told the necro to kill the pet, then scratched his head. It was elevated to a senior guide, who (rightly) couldn't understand why the junior guide had said to do that... and just handed me a replacement. Only time I think I ever got anything out of Verant/SOE
