in outdoor zones, double walls should still provide line of sight issues for dragon charm and AE. I think the issue is that the dragons move thru these walls as if they are not even there with pathing and are not checking as walls because of those paths. Our puller was on the other side of a double wall situation and got AE'd and charmed without any consideration for line of sight to start the AE or charm cast (it basically came into range and used the abilities as if there was no blockage. Not saying that an AE shouldn't go thru a wall to hit people, but that the dragon should run around the corner to get line of sight before it should use the ability.
