No. In keeping with your analogy: bda passed you on the highway. Whether that was because you were slowing down due to engine trouble or sloppy driving, or because bda sped, it is up for review. According to the bda side of things, tmo was weaving in and out of traffic, also a ticketable offense. The cops will issue a ticket (if one is warrented) on Tuesday (if xadion is to be believed).
There are two sides to every story, thankfully each guild watches their rear view mirror enough to tell the cops both sides and let the authorities straighten it out. Stop being so narrow-minded to think only your side is correct.
